As of December 9th, 2025, all water payments will need to be made through our new system. Citizens will need to cancel their accounts with the current payment system, PSN (Public Service Network) and create a new account on the new system, Our Community Connect. You can refer to the flyer below for the website, or you can visit the home page to the City of Iona website, and click on the payments icon to visit the new site.
