We are excited to announce that we have a NEW online payment method for water bills through Our Community Connect! Citizens of Iona will need to suspend their automatic payments with PSN (Payment Services Network) and create a new account through Our Community Connect on: https://ionaid.ourcommunityconnect.com/
Accounts will need to be switched over by December 9th, 2025. You can access the new site by visiting the City of Iona website and clicking on “Make a Payment” or clicking the button below.
Please note that Credit Card/Debit Card Payments tendered through this portal will be assessed a convenience fee based on the total amount due. Convenience fees are in additions to the amount(s) owed and are calculated as follows:
3.5% + $0.10 per transaction for credit/debit card payments
No Fees for checking/savings account payments
There will be a Chargeback Fee for the following items:
