On December 21st at 7:10pm, the Iona City Council will hold a Public Hearing for a Variance for Sunrise Acres Park submitted by Curtis Johnson. The Variance is specifically requesting to waive the sidewalk requirement in the Iona Subdivision Ordinance and the Standard Specifications of the Iona City Code and replace it with a continuous asphalt walking path in the Sunrise Acres Park.
